We believe that children need to be safe in a church environment. In fact, of all places in the world, the church should be one of the safest places available to children.
We regret that this has not always been the case in some churches. But we do not believe those situations reflect what a faithful church body should offer. It is our desire to make every effort to keep our children safe, and to deal quickly and with transparency whenever a situation arises that would not be considered safe.
