Our Team & Leadership

First Baptist Church of Boardman is a dedicated group of people who serve the Lord Jesus Christ side by side. Our leadership team is filled with some great, gifted people from a variety of backgrounds.  We have been blessed to have professional people, retired people, white collar and blue collar folks serve with us as team members working together to help provide the leadership needed for this growing Church. 

At the present time, our team has as Senior Pastor Rick Weiss and his wife Shara along with our Assistant Pastor and Children’s Ministry Directors Emmitt Skeen and his wife Jessica.  The Pastors and wives are joined by our two deacons: Carl Perry, and Jeremiah Quesada along with Church Clerk, Julie Sak, Treasurer, Rick Moore, Assistant Treasurer, Harold Jurney.
